It was a rough evening at Richmond International Raceway.
While Joey Logano, who freely admits he has been junk at RIR his entire career, won the race, it was an evil evening for many. That list included Jimmie Johnson, Clint Bowyer and Tony Stewart, who usually dominates at Richmond, where he collected his first career victory.
ORacing won the week, followed by Cosmo, Chief Racing, Burke and No Ones Beatch.
Gaining positions were ORacing, Boris head Racing, The Blue Deuce, Chief Racing, Ricky Racer and Daily Habit. Into the wall with tire issues were OShea Racing, Mama's Boy, Team Wolf, Lil Boy, Team Hot Stuff, Pup N Suds and BAHL, who finished shotgun on the field looking for golf balls at the Wingshack charity golf tournament.
Team Taser continues to show the way. No Ones Beatch, Glynn, Burke and Man In Black Racing round out the top five.
This week we hit the old Indian burial ground at Talladega Superspeedway in Sweet Home Alabama as we run the Aaron's 499 on Sunday afternoon. It will be wild, with the green flag scheduled to drop at approximately 1:20PM.
Stand On It!
