The Lady in Black left her mark on a number of racers Saturday night, but Kevin Harvick negotiated the track too tough to tame and bright home the checkered flag passing Jimmie Johnson to get the win.
In the Conway NASCAR League, Smokes Fury won the week. Cosmo D was second, followed by Pamela's Pistons, Lisa Las Vegas and No Ones Beatch.
While many of our racers lost ground, a handful of our race teams had a dismal evening. Among those were Ricky Racer, The Blue Deuce, Luckydog and 88AMPS.
There were driver who edged upward, but Smokes Fury, Cosmo D and Fitz Racing are noted as having scored big moves.
Team Taser continues to show the way, followed by Glynn, No Ones Beatch, Man In Black Racing and Burke.
It is Easter weekend, so we know the good ole boys will not be racing on Sunday. In recent years, we have run on Saturday evening before Easter, but that will not be the case this year.
The next points race is a week from Saturday, April 26th, at Richmond International Raceway. The Toyota Owners 400 is set to go green at 7:14 PM of FOX.
By the way, ratings have been very poor for NASCAR this season. Maybe the slew of young drivers, eliminating rides for many of the longtime favorites, is not as popular as NASCAR thinks.
Happy Easter and we will see you at RIR.
