Among the Conway Racers, like JJ in the #48, if you are in the lead and can bring it home ahead of the competition, your chances for the hardware become greater. That is exactly what Team Taser did at Auto Club as he collected his third win of the season. Ratatack was second followed by O Racing, WTC Racing and BAHL.
Collected in late race fender banging were Sweethang, Luckydog^, Team BC, Lucky Penny and L&M Racing. SPC has apparently been kidnapped as he failed to field several teams.
The top five in the standings remain the same, with Taser 318 points ahead, which means those in tow better put a drafting session together quick. WTF remains second with Ricky Racer, Danielle Hall and The Gas Man rounding out the top five.
Gainers this week included Hot Stuff*, Chevy Intimidators*, Glynn^, No Ones Beatch and O Racing. Those who stumbled badly this week were Luckydog^, Team Wolf and SPC Racing.
30 racers remain on the lead lap as we used to fugure it prior to Racescore.
The old league website, Conwaynascarleague.com, had issues this week which left many scrambling. We did post umpteen times the new blog website, which we moved to prior to the season. Sometimes it pays to actually pay attention.
Congratulations to Chevrolet, who won the manufacturers title again this year!

In the spirit of the upcoming Halloween holiday, our MYSTERY LINK explores if there is in fact a Phantom.
