For those wishing to gain quite a bit of spots as we inch closer to the end of the 2009 season, Dover presented quite an opportunity with the scores being so low. Unfortunately, they were low for everyone.
Things did not go so well for Joey Logano in the #20 Home Depot Toyota Camry, but thankfully, he is just fine.
Fastlane Limited* led our racers at Dover followed by Snookbabe, Crank McTanken, Fullers Fast Track, Speedway Princess* and Mangler. Trouble found several drivers, including some still in the fight for the top ten. Luckydog^, The Big Lebowski, Blood or Tears Racing, BMF Lugnuts* and The Lug Nuts* all had engine trouble.
There were no major shakeups in the standings with the scores being so low. Gaining over five spots were Crank McTanken, Fullers Fast Track and Snookbabe. Only Team Cuda lost five or more spots.
Essentially, we are at the same point we all were a week ago. Team Taser still holds point, followed by WTF Racing, Ricky Racer, The Gas Man and Brady Bunch*.
This week we head out to Kansas for The Price Chopper 400 at Kansas Speedway. The green flag will drop at 2:16PM on Sunday.
We all need to extend our prayers to DFL Racing (Brad), who is in a real bad spot. We are all hoping and praying for the best. DFL has one victory this season, one top five and one top ten, running in 69th spot.
