Week 17 Commentary

Brad Keselowski dominated the 4th Annual Quaker State 400 presented by Advance Auto Parts at Kentucky Speedway on Saturday night.

Pup N Suds scored the win from the Bluegrass State.  Blue 7 Racing, The Blue Deuce, Blind Squirrel Racing and Boris Head Racing rounded out the top 5.

There were limited races making major moves on way of the other, with Lisa Las Vegas and Blue 7 gaining and Daily Habit and CF Canes losing 5 or more spots.

Glynn has taken the lead outright, pulling away from Team Taser.  No Ones Beatch is third, with KDog Racing fourth and Man In Black Racing fifth.

With a return trip to Daytona International Speedway on Saturday night for the running of the Coke Zero 400, we bring out the restrictor plate, which opens the opportunity for some big point swings if selected drivers end up in the big one.

It is always exciting on the high banks. The Labonte brothers will be racing this weekend, with Terry in the #32 and Bobby running the #33 Chevrolet SS.  Michael Waltrip will be in the #66 Toyota Camry.

Of course, we will be pulling for Brian Vickers this weekend, as he will be piloting the #55 Aarons Toyota Camry honoring the 2014 College Football National Champion Florida State Seminoles.

TNT will have the television coverage, with MRN Radio having radio coverage.  Barney Hall reports the field will be put under green at 7:50PM.

We will see on the high banks, and stand on it!
