Week 11 Commentary

Jeff Gordon, who has been running very well in 2014, got his first victory of the season at Kansas Speedway Saturday night, winning the 5-hour Energy 400 Benefiting Special Operations Warrior Foundation

There were a couple of big hits during the race, mots notably a crash involving David Gilliland, who was not seriously injured.  Jamie McMurray had the worst night among the contenders.

Little Circle Burner and 88AMPS tied for the win this week, with Luckydog third, Glynn fourth and FLYNC5 fifth.

Little Circle Burner, 88AMPS and FLYNC5 were our big gainers this week, with Team Wolf and The Blue Deuce blowing engines.

Team Taser continues to show the way with a rather alrge lead, followed by defending champion Glynn, No Ones Beatch, Cosmo and Man In Black Racing.

There is no points race this weekend, but we are in Charlotte for the Sprint All Star race on Saturday night.

We get back to points action on Sunday, May 25, for the running of the Coca Cola 600 at Charlotte on Memorial Day weekend.

Until then, cool the engines!
