The big one hit twice at Talladega Superspeedway on Sunday and it left quite a bit of carnage both on the track in the standings of the Conway NASCAR League.
Brad Kesolowski collected his first cup win with Carl Edwards teetering along the catch fence. Meanwhile, The Blue Deuce catapulted to the top of the Conway NASCAR League standings and even carved out some elbow room.
The top scorers for the week were Bigtime Drivers*, The Blue Deuce*, Team Glass, Team Taser, URBANSGATORS and BMF Lugnuts*, who is running quite well over the last several weeks. The list of drivers who hit the wall are to numerous to mention, but most noteworthy was WTF Racing, who finished 88th from a top five points position.
Top position gainers of the week were Sweethang*, Bigtime*, Speedway Princess*, Brady Bunch*, BMF Lugnuts* and URBANSGATORS. Behind the wall with sheet metal damage were over a dozen drivers who lost over 12 spots.
We head off to Richmond this week for some short track bangin which should be fun. Green flag scheduled to fly at 7:43PM Saturday night,
