2013 CNL 2013 Recap

A good time was had by all as we gathered on Saturday, February 1 to enjoy some camaraderie and celebrate the 2013 Conway NASCAR League season at The Belle Isle Bayou.

Owner Andre allowed us free reign in the penny bar, and Berta took very good care of us.  We certainly appreciate the welcome, and the Bayou, with their slew of viewing screens, remains a top spot for eats, drinks and scenic views in our area.

We had a good group attend, and were very pleased to see our 2013 Champion Glynn, who made it over from Florida's eastern seashore to join us; and collect his healthy winnings. Glynn, a former champion, left no quarter for the rest of us in 2013.

Glynn now has two name plates on the Karl Wegner Plaque and is ready to defend his title in 2014.

Among those in attendance were Glynn, Me Racing, Chief Racing, Blind Squirrel Racing Luckydog, The Gas Man, BAHL, Punch, MMSH, ORacing, Cosmo Racing, GBR88, Pamela's Pistons and BMF Lugnuts.
