It was a dog day afternoon over at Martinsville, home of the shortest of short tracks. It looked like a battle between Jeff Gordon and Jimmie Johnson, that is until Clint Bowyer dove deep and took the Hendrick gang out. Then, David Reutimann was limping around and broke in the back straightaway to upend the running order.
Ryan Newman somehow won the race, and tempers raes as usual.
Fullers Fast Track and Speedway Princess, about to be called to the NASCAR hauler, won the week. The Big Lebowski, No Ones Beatch, Cane Racing and BMF Lugnuts had top five runs.
Moving up were Fuller, Speedway Princess, ME (nice car) and BMF Lugnuts. Several races dive bombed in the standings, including Bazil, Jimm's Juggs, URBANSGATORS (did you see The Sporting News story on Urban?) Luckydog, The Gas Man and Team BC.
Congrats to Team Cuda for winning segment 1. Cuda leads Lisa Las Vegas, WTF Racing, GBR88^ and No Ones Beatch.
THE BOXES HAVE CHANGED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We move to segment 2 this week, and do so on Saturday night at Texas Motor Speedway for the Samsung Mobile 500. The green flag is scheduled to drop at 7:46PM, on Saturday night.
Good Luck!
